The last frontier in the environmental observation field are multi-sensor remote sensing and aerial surveillance systems.
With these sensors Helica is able to provide high-resolution and definition (HD) imagery , both in the visible (RGB) and in the thermal infrared (IR) part of the electromagnetic spectrum.
The imagery can be recorded on board or broadcast in real time to the ground, at a distance of up to 250 kilometres, using a downlink HD system. This airborne system allows the visualization and display of the airborne surveyed area, placing and overlaying the georeferenced imagery on a geographic database.
